Online Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, whether made in-store or online, don’t worry! We’re here to make things right. For unopened items returned with their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase, we’ll gladly issue a refund back to your original payment method.
In-Store Returns:
You can bring both in-store and online purchases back to your nearest store for a refund. Just swing by with:
- The debit/credit card used for the purchase
- An in-store receipt or shipping confirmation email
Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part at Paw’n Pet Food. Returns of used items and/or items without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Exceptions:
We try to keep things simple, but there are a few exceptions to our return and refund policy, including clearance items.
