Horizon’s Taiga Dog Food is a high fibre, low glycemic dog kibble that takes inspiration from the Taiga, the most significant contiguous evergreen forest that spans across North America, Northern Europe and Siberia, an area that is kept natural and a sanctuary for many wild animals.
Taiga Chicken Formula uses locally sourced chicken as a primary protein with natural fruits and vegetables like carrots, blueberries and apples; Mixed with red lentils, peas and garbanzo beans to give the food its low glycemic, high in fibre formula with essential vitamins and minerals. The kibble is cooked using a low-temperature process to ensure little to no vitamins and minerals are lost, then coated with prebiotics and natural enzymes and cooked at a low temperature once more.
