Under a strict “Low Kill” policy the animal assistance group has a two part mandate. Our first is to help control the pet population by offering financial assistance and a discounted spay neuter service to those who qualify thereby enabling those on limited incomes or in special circumstances the opportunity to enjoy the pleasure of having a pet. Our second mandate is to offer rescue foster and ultimately permanent adoption of animals that are lost homeless strays or neglected. While these animals are in our care we provide medical care spay neuter services and lots of love until they are placed in a permanent home.
